Limited Hours through March 30

I will be limiting the hours that we’re open to the public over the next week to encourage social distancing. It’s a tough decision, as I recognize that I’m in possession of some of your most valued belongings.

Customers with repairs and custom pieces that are completed or pending will be called over the next day with a update and/or reminder to pick up your piece. If you have a repair pending that has not been started, you’re welcome to pick it up and bring it back when we tentatively reopen on March 31.

Appointments will be available for repair and custom design while the showroom is closed. I ask that you schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so I can adequately schedule staff. Appointments can be made online at, by texting 906-228-5775 or emailing

This is not a decision I’ve made lightly, and I’ve tried to do this in a way that minimally impacts my staff, customers, family and community. Thank you all for the support during this uncertain time.
